Nearing the first complete month of the preparation for 2012, I must say it’s been going very well. The start of this month I put together a plan that I feel will help accomplish the goals that are set for this upcoming year of running and push myself to the next level.

What's your excuse?

It's good to be around others that know what it takes to accomplish a goal. The biggest thing when it comes to getting to where you want in any circumstance is consistency. You can workout for a day and feel pain. You can workout for two weeks and still feel pain. Does that mean you're doing something wrong? Maybe, but in most cases, no.
